Procedure for Admission

After the notification, the admission forms will be available and can be collected fron the school office between 10 a.m and 3 p.m on all working Days

MinimumAge Rules (LKG)

Children completing three years and six months as on the 1st of June of the year alone shall seek admission to LKG.

Admission to Classes UKG to V

The School will consider admission, subject to the availability of seats.

The prospectus and application form can be had on payment of Rs. 200/-. Application forms duly filled in by the Mother / Father / Guardian should be submitted on the dates fixed by the Secretary / Principal. Application forms submitted after that date will not be considered.

Candidates who seek admission must produce the following records

1.Transfer Certificate from the recognized school previously studied.
2.Birth Certificate from the Corporation or Competent Authorities.
3.Community Certificate.
4.Conduct Certificate.
5.Mark Sheet.
6.On admission, the entrance fee, the school fee and the annual fee should be paid on the prescribed date.
7.Fees once paid will not be reimbursed under any circumstances.
8.It is the responsibility of the parents to produce the receipt whenever required for perusal.

GIRLS

PRE-KG ,LKG & UKG : Brown - umbrella type frock with brown and orange checked Front side (as per the pattern available in the school)
Classes I to V : Brown Pinafore - V Neck with side open and brown and orange checked half slack shirt.
Classes VI to VIII: Churidhar - Brown Pant, Orange checked top and brown overcoat.

BOYS

PRE-KG to VIII: Brown and orange checked half slack shirt and brown shorts / pants with side pockets.
Loops 5 cms in breadth for belt to be provided.
Common to all : Black Canvas Shoes and White Canvas Shoes with white socks.
On Monday T. Shirt with white Skirt / short for primary students and T.shirt with white churidhar / pants for middle school students.

TRANSPORT

Transport facility is available to all students on request.
All the students using the school bus shall be at the bus stop at least five minutes before the expected time of arrival of the bus.
The bus shall not wait for late comers.
Students must travel only on the routes allotted to them by the authority
